Additional fields - e.g. From and BCC when composing mail?

Hello,

I have a client who has the from field showing up. I can't figure out how
to get rid of it. At one point I did at the BCC field for all new e-mails -
I figure it has to be the same way but I can't figure it out/remember how I
got the BCC on my own under view or options.

She's running Outlook 2003.

So when she composes a new message it has the following fields - she would
like to change which always show ----

From
To
CC

She'd like
To
CC
BCC

Open a new mail message in Outlook 2003.

Click on the Arrow mark pointing downwards next to the options button inside
the mail message.

You would be able to find Bcc as well as From there. Select the one which
you want.

Once this is done, anytime a new message is opened, it would have the Bcc /
From field too.
