Adding Zetafax extentions

We are using Exchange 2003. recently we have installed zetafax extension for
outlook. But it doesn`t seem to work. I have uninstalled it and re-installed
it many time carefully following the instruction but when clicking on the
Zetafax button in outlook 2000, keep getting this error massage:

"The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) occurred in the
application at location 0x6000ce52."

Then outlook closes down. Not sure what is causing this to happen. The
software works fine as it is working on another machine.
Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this error???
