Zetafax e-mail Gateway - Ex2000

Hi all,

We've been installing Exchange 2000 around my company and on the next
site I need to add a fax function.

They already have Zetafax 8.x running on a separate server and intend
to keep this (although they will upgrade to 9.1 if necessary)

Have been reading about the Zetafax E-mail Gateway which would appear
to be a simple solution to link Exchange to Zetafax. However, many of
the documents I've read appear to be out of date and so I'd like to
get a few things clarified if anyone has this configuration.

Firstly - Zetafax document ZTN1238 mentions that is shouldn't be
installed on a machine running 'terminal services'. (Although the
document does reference version 7.5 of Zetafax) We install TS on all of
our Exchange servers for Remote administration. Is this still an
issue? I read a post dated Jan 2001 that said that a patch was due out
in march of that year.


I'm keen not to mess with the AD schema if I can help it. Does the
gateway make any changes?


Finally does it actually work! Any issues that I should be aware of in
advance?

Never used Zetafax so I'm afraid I'm hitting this cold.
