Adding Video

I would like to add some video to our schools web site. When I go to insert-picture-video, the video is dimmed and not selectable. How can I get thist to show up and is this the best way to add my video

Go to Tools, Page Options, Compatibility and check all the boxes

Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
Set browsers to custom | Custom | and check all the boxes
