Adding .oft button to Outlook 2003 menu bar

I have a WYWO.oft file that I would like to add to the Outlook 2003
menu bar. Users can click on the WYWO button, the oft opens, they fill
it out and it emails a While You Were Out to another user.

Any idea how to do this? I've done it before, and we used to have a
how-to, but I can't figure it out now.

Help.

Since it's a file, you can add a link to it, just as you can to any other file or web site.

1. Choose View | Toolbars | Customize.

2. Drag any command from the Commands list to the toolbar to create a new button.

3. Right-click the button, choose Assign Hyperlink, then Open.

4. Select the .oft file and click OK.

5. Close the Customize dialog.
