Hi, I use a Broadband connection which requires a username and password to
logon. I need to add this connection to my startup folder, so that the
broadband connection is started everytime I boot my PC (when windows starts)
I use Windows XP professional SP2. Can anyone help me in doing this.Thanks.

You currently start some program in which you enter the user name and
password. Put a shortcut to that program in your startup folder.

The best thing for you to do is buy a router. Then you can enter the
username/password in the router's settings and you will be more
protected as many have a built-in firewall!
