Adding Download Manager to Vista??

Hey guys I would like to add my favorite Download manager to my Vista
laptop, but I can't seem to put a finger on the solution. Can someone help
me with this issue?

To put one's finger on the solution, one must first know more about
the problem...

Which download manager do you want to use?
If it is Vista compatible, you should be able to find the installer and
right click>Run as admin to install it.
