adding contacts

I the help for Outlook 2002, I am trying to follow the instructions for adding an e-mail address into the contacts from and incoming e-mail. The instructions below seem to be wrong

Open the e-mail message that contains the name you want to add to your contact list.
In the From field, right-click the name you want to make into a contact, and then click Add to Contacts on the shortcut menu.

Can anyone help me?

The instructions are correct. What specific problem are you having?

What trouble are you having? Can you not find the
contact after saving it? I have found that it will only
save to the folder specifically named "Contacts." If you
have multiple contact-type folders that have different
names, you can't specify which one to save to (at least I
have not been able to). I've had to just go to the
original folder and move it.
