Adding an application to user profile

I have an account in our domain, and that account has admin rights. (but I
do not log in as "administrator") There is another user within our domain
who needs access to an application that I installed while logged onto my
account. (the account where I have admin rights)

When I have the user log onto his account, he does not have access to the
application. I gave him read/write/execute access to the folder that the
application is in. Also *thought* that I indicated "make this application
viewable to all users" upon install.

What am I missing?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

It looks like the issue was group membership. I had just given the user
access to the .exe, but not put them into the correct group.

Now all seems to work ok. However the issue now has changed a bit, and it
more of a Microsoft Expression Media issue now. Seems like I can execute the
application now, but I can't open the catalog on a network drive.

Oh well, guess that's another post entirely! :)

Thank you for the nudge. -CLL
