AdDestroyer program got on my computer some how. When I go to remove programs
to remove it i get ( could not open Install.log file ) How can I get rid of
it ?

It's commonly known as betrayware . You could attempt to remove it by
installing it again (yuck) from their website, then uninstalling it.
It will most likely leave remnants of crudware on the system. Download
and install :

AdAware SE
http://www.lavasoft.nu/support/download/

Spybot
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
