Add text to slide

Andy I.

Hi,

How do I add text to a slide, so that the text is superimposed on the
picture which is already there?

Thank you.

Hi Andy

It's all to do with the order of the objects on your slide. Insert your text
box & text (I normally use the button on the drawing toolbar) then right
click it and select order -> bring to front. If you have problems selecting
the text box, use tab that selects one item after the other, then the right
click button on your keyboard (generally between the alt + ctrl keys in
bottom right hand corner).

Generally things get put on top of each other as you insert them.

Great! It worked for me, using the "button on the drawing toolbar". I
didn't have to "bring it to the front".

Many thanks Lucy.
