Add & Remove Programs

I'm using Windows XP Pro. I have a problem with Add and Remove
Programs. The "Last used on" date usually shows the date on which a
program was installed, even though I use that program on a daily
basis. How can I fix this, so the date that shows on the screen really
is the date that I last used the program? Thanks in advance.
