Add/Remove Programs

When trying to "Add/Remove Programs"
(under "Start/Settings/Control Panel) I received the
following message in a pop-up dialogue box:

"Add/Remove Programs
An unexpected error occurred.
Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment.
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
Line:84"

Does anyone know what this means and how to correct the
problem??
