Add/Remove Programs Problem

I am trying to remove a program from my computer, the program is entitled Snes9x. Everytime I try to remove this thing it pops up with a message that says

Fatal Error: Bad Config Filenam

and it shows this path
C:\\Program Files\Snes9x\irunin.da

I tried searching for this folder but had no luck in finding it. Can any help me get rid of Snes9x?

Hi,

It may help to reinstall the program first, as it sounds like the .dat file
that is holding the uninstall information is corrupt. Reinstalling should
rebuild the file.
