Add/Remove programs error

I receive the following error when i select add/remove
programs:
Wrong number of arguments or invalid proerty assignment
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
Line: 84
I would appreciate if anybody has the solution that will
eliminate the pop-up error box (besides reloading windows)

I had a similar problem on opening Add/Remove Programs
which was solved by the first two steps.
