Add Printer wizard problems

my post has gone way down the thread and i wasn't getting a response
please refer to the post called Can't Start add printer wizard futher down
the thread


Sorry Cari !! ,

Still Nothing !!

Any other ideas ??
I cleaned out all drivers as per
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
followed all previous instructions, i am a tech for a computer company so no
matter how involved this gets
i can handle it !!

So far I have not found a fix for the printer wizard other
than reloading. I did notice once that office 2000 broke
the wizard. The fixes that they have been saying like sfc
and removing dlls do not work at all. I have had this
happen to 9 computers now and have had to reload each of
them. When you load a new program make sure you create a
restore point and check your wizard with each new program.
If it breaks try a restore.
