Any other ideas ??
I cleaned out all drivers as per
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
followed all previous instructions, i am a tech for a computer company so no
matter how involved this gets
i can handle it !!

when i double click the add printer icon .. nothing happens .. it's
