add incert to toolbar

this is missing in my toolbar.....how do I restore it?

Insert is only visible on the Toolbar in a new message, not in Outlook's main
window.

Insert is on the Standard Toolbar when you have any of these items open:

email
task
event
meeting
appointment
contact

Where are you not seeing it? Be exact. Also tell us which version you
have.
