How do I incert an image in signature

Hi!

Is there someone who can help me with a problem I'm having? I'm trying to
incert an image as a signature in my emails but id does not work :0( ... I
have followed the instructions in the outlook help but the only thing showing
in my emails is the frame not the actuall image! What kind of images can I
incert? My image is a jpg file.... Or is there a setting somewhere that I
have to change?

All help is greatly appriciated!

Which version of Outlook you are using....? if it is Outlook 2003 then
you must use Word 2003 since versions must match. If you are using it,
you must use Word, not Outlook, as your editor to insert Word
signatures.
While composing e-mail set MS word as ur default E-mail editor..

Should work.

Hi Randhir!

I am using version 2003 in both outlook and word. And when I try to insert
the image I use the advanced option and insert the image into word, but it
does not work. I can se the image in the preview window but when I create a
new email it does not show in the mail, only the frame is showing... :0(

Where do I see the settings for default email editor?

HI Sandra,

Select Tools >>>> Options from the menu in Outlook.
Click on the Mail Format tab.
Make sure the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
checkbox is selected.
In versions before Outlook 2003, the text reads Use Microsoft Word to
edit e-mail messages.
Close the dialog.

Hi again!

Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages is selected so there must me
something else that is wrong with either my settings or my image... maybe I
have to create my image some other way? I have created it in illustrator and
converted it to an eps file... do you know if that matters?
