Add a computer in to Win2k domain

hi Ray,
To add a workstation to domain, first of all the
workstation should be able to comunicate with the domain.
you are saying that it is in different subnet. so you have
to use router for communication between them. first try to
check the comunication between the server and workstation
using Ping command. if it is successfull you can connect
to the domain other wise its not possible to connect to
the domain.

Hi Vamsi,

Thank you for your reminder. Yes, the computers can access each other,
before I created this active directory, they are peer-to-peer networking.
Even now, they can read/write files among them.
