AD and Server Management Console Snap-ins on XP Professional?

Is there a way to get Active Directory and other service type snap-ins
on an XP Pro machine running on a Windows 2003 network? I am administrator.

When I run MMC from an XP Pro machine I do not see Active Directory type
snap-ins such as 'AD Users and Computers'.

I would also like to manage Terminal Servers and if possible Exchange
2003 using the MMC on an XPPro box.

I am not sure why this functionality is not already included.

you need to install the adminpak first
