ActiveX Error / Access 2000

When trying to use wizard on Button Placement, keep
receiving error: "ActiveX component can't create object".

I tried chging VBA properties, buit wasn't successful at
fix.

I have the same problem when I tried to use the Form Wizard. Box says that
"ActiveX Componet can't create object". How do I use the wizard. I get the
same message for the Report Wizard.
