Active X Controls- "Page Provides Unsafe Info...."

Im still struggling with the following error message, "Page provides
potentially unsafe infomation to an Active X Control. Current security
settings prohibit running controls in this manner". This message ONLY appears
wehn playing games on some sites.

When this message first appeared, we found that Microsoft VM Java somehow
was damaged and could not be restored. Microsoft has discontinued offering it
as a download and we cant find a site to download from. So, we downloaded Sun
Systems Java2RE SE 1_4_2.07 . We cannot use the newest edition from Sun
because we have Windows 98-1st Edition. Next, we went into TOOLS and made
sure that all of our Custom security settings were set to: (1) "prompt" for
downloading signed. (2) disable (for unsigned) and (3) enable for signed. We
also made sure Java was enabled for Windows 98. Everything is enabled under
scripting.

Privacy security setting are Custom and set to "Accept" first party cookies
and "Bloack" third party.

We can now play "most" games on Yahoo---still noting on Pogo. The Pogo techs
have run out of ideas.

Any ideas anyoen?
