Active sync 4.1 conflivt?!?

Hi all. I have a delicat problem that involves Symantect Antivirus 2006 and
Active Sync 4.1. My kontact and mail doesn't get syncec when conecting. I am
able to browse my smartphone but not sync. Why is this?!

ActiveS is giving me a supportcode 85010014.

Any helpful tips on this?

Hi! I´m working in Windows XP, stand alone. The problem occurse no mather
what program I´m using. No mather if the system is bluetooth or cable
connected. The operating sys on my smartphone is windows 2005.
