activating search key

I have a form that allows the user to search by name, state, county, etc. in
a database of providers. When search criteria is entered into one of these
fields, the use must either TAB or ENTER to the next field in order for the
"Search" button at the bottom of the screen to become active. Is there a
way for the "Search" button to become active if one letter is entered in
either of the search fields?
