accidentally disabled / deleted video drivers - HELP!

My son was trying to install new video card for gaming; didn't work according to directions; guess we accidentally deleted the old video drivers and disabled the integrated video. Symptoms are black screen, no response from keyboard or mouse or CD-ROM. Possibly all the drivers are gone. How can we restore drivers? Restore CD won't start up. Windows XP Home edition. We do have a floppy drive. Thnx!

Remove the video card. Then at next Startup hold down the delete key. See
if you boot into the Bios. From there you
can enable the integrated video.
