Accessing OWA through IE 6

As an admin of a WIN XP machine when I access OWA with SSL I have no problem
getting into my mailbox, when another user (owner of the WIN XP box)logs into
windows and tries to access OWA with SSL the page cannot be found. All IE
settings are identical, the only difference is that the user accessed another
Exchange server (OWA with SSL) prior to accessing the one he needs access to.
We have deleted it from favorites, but still no access. What might be causing
this problem?

Possibly a problem with the certificate? Try removing it the certificate in
his IE settings.
