accessing microsofts support knowledge base

When i go to windows update then support then to
knowledge base or product support options the letters are
huge...takes 20 seconds to fast scroll left to right 60
plus from top to bottom...single letter is 32 inches
tall...called ms no help{no idea} was going to shop but
it stoped by self but after a month has started up
again??????? ...help

The only thing I can think of is the following. Open Internet Explorer, go
to Tools, select Internet Options, click Accessibility on the General tab,
be sure none of the "ignore" options under Formatting are checked.
