Accessibility Stalls--Magnify/Wizard

When I use Accessibility on the Start menu to get at the Accessibility
Wizard the wizard stalls after a few Next operations. What's up? I'm just
trying to use Magnify. When I try Magnify, it asks a few questions and then
finally disappears. Very funny. Ho-ho. I tried it several times last night
and it never produced a magnify. I did it now, and it did. Still don't get
the Wizard. Didn't use it this time.

1) Start - Run - Magnify - Click OK
2) Tick "Do not show.." and choose OK
3) Minimize the "Magnifier Settings" dialog (dont choose Exit)
