Access Runtime Localized (French)

I have MS Office XP Developer (2002) and need to deploy an Access application using the French localized version of the Access Runtime. How do I obtain the French Access Runtime files? Do I need to buy a full French copy of Office XP Developer Or simply Access (French) ?? I've contacted Microsoft's licensing Resource Centre and they have not been able to give me an answer to what should be a common issue. Anyone know the answer?

Hi Todd,

I spent a long time searching for this answer too.

The files are not available for download. You must have a MS-Access in
French (not the developer, only the standard Access); the Wizard will ask
for the files, you insert the CD and the files will be stored in your
computer (so that you won't need to insert the CD every time).
