access out of memory error with xp prof

I have loaded office 97 onto new computer with xp prof.
When trying to load access97 I get an out of memory
message. I'm not out of memory,apart from in real life.
Any advice or fixes?

Hi Vern - If you have more than 1 gig of RAM on this new machine, then
Access can generate this error message. Take a look at this article and see
if it addresses the issue that you are experiencing.
