Access Access database invalid syntax error message

Hello, I keep getting a syntax error saying I entered a comma without a preceeding value in my access data when adding:
INTEREST SALE DATE: Round([MONTHS]/100*[TRANSFER/DUE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING] AND IIF([TRANSFER/DUE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING] IS NOT>999.99,(.0056*[TRANSFER DUE/AMOUNT OUTSTANDING],2)

Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
