Acc2003 move Scroll Bar

Hello!

Is there a way to put the Vertical Scroll Bar on a sub form to the left side
on the form?
Many times if the subform is greater then the screen size, I always have to
move the horizontal bar to the right and then use the vertical bar.

Not as far as I'm aware, although I suppose it might be possible if the
machine's language is set to one of the right-to-left languages.
