about volume control

i tried Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio DEvices -> tick PLace volume icon in
taskbar.

Also check your devices - right click My Computer -> Properties ->
Hardware -> Device Manager -> do any of the devices have a "problem"
indicator beside them?





they dont have a problem so what can i do

this is a very unclear post...
what is spesifically the program?
what is the soundcard, driver etc?
is it that the card isnt working or what?
