A solution for O2K3 rule limitation?

Hi there,

There is an error message about a limit of 10 active rules for each folder
when someone tries to add a color message rule. Although there are 16
available in the list.

How can we deal with this Outlook 2003 rule limitation?

You mean view settings? Automatic Formatting?
Those are not rules.

I'm not aware of any hard rule set on it but in the end it all depends on
how complicated your Automatic Formatting conditions are. See if you can
simplify or combine certain Automatic Formatting conditions or use
additional means of sorting/filtering such as custom views, Search Folders,
categories, etc...
