"A problem has been detected..."

We have several new XP pro Dells that are intermittantly
getting a blue-screen error:

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut
down to prevent damage to your computer..."

Anyone have any suggestion on what is causing this? All
the PC's involved have all of their critical Windows
updates and updated anti-virus software.
