You generate your JAlbum to a folder outside of FP (you may have to do it several times to get it the way you want)...then Open FP, Open your Web and Import the entire folder into FP. Piece o'cake.
Then you can tweak the design. You can also tweak some of the skins upon generation of the album...but that can get really confusing. XP skin is easy.
