Have soft installed Windows 2000 over ME. Does 2000 use
the directory C:\_Restore, and if not can I delete it? It
contains a Trojan I can't get rid of!

Windows 2000 does not use that folder, you can delete it. In any case
the virus is in an archival form and cannot activate itself within the
restore folder even on Me machines, it would have to be restored to
become active.

Also, keep this newsgroup close at hand... you may need it more than
once considering the way you installed W2K.
