Turn off System Restore in System Properties, and then turn it back on.
This will delete all your restore points. Or use Disk Cleanup (Start
Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools), on the More Options tab, to delete
all but your most recent restore point.

Your in luck J, all those traces shown are located in your System Restore
folder, which is only accessible by your System, so just forcing a clean of
the system restore points should do the trick for you:

Right click My Computer > select properties > tab to System Restore > check
turn off System Restore > Apply > Select yes to remove all restore points >
when the process is completed uncheck turn off System Restore to turn the
System Restore points collection ON again which also should create a new
clean restore point.

Then make sure you have one new current System Restore point:

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore >
Check Restore my computer to an earlier time > You should have one new
restore point, if not then click > Back and create one manually like this:

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore >
Check Create a restore Point > give it any name you'd like > then click
Create

Run Defender's Full Scan again now to make sure nothing more is detected.

To clarify, C:\System Volume Information is where Windows stores your System
Restore files. But it has been copying the bad file you had as well
whenever it made a Restore Point. You don't want Restores that have that
file. It is harmless there, but it won't be should you choose a Restore
Point that contains a copy of the bad file. That's why you should delete
those Restore Points. This can't be done selectively, but you can create a
new Restore Point without the bad file (if it is no longer elsewhere on your
system, which it doesn't appear to be).
