I downloaded 828750 at the XP Update Site. When I check my installed
downloads I see this this download Failed. I would appreciate anyone
advising me how to re-download this patch. It will not show as available to
download as it thinks I have already downled it.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and see if it
shows up there. If so, remove it and try a reinstall.

I checked in Control Panel -Add & Remove and 828750 IS NOT listed there.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.
