800 SLIDES to many

Ray Smith

We made a 4'x80' 100 Years of Powered Flight display. We would now like to
make a slide show of the .doc pages we generated to make the images (within
a 1 column table with 3 rows) that we cut out and pasted on 20 panels
(4'x4'). about 800 images.

I have converted 9 of the .doc files (that contain one image per file) into
slides and they appear to be great, one image per slide, in PowerPoint.
They are full screen so that they can be viewed from 6' - 10' from the
monitor.

But, can or should the converted file be so large? 800 slides?

I want the slide show to be automatic so that it is a continuous display.
The museum personnel are all volunteers who may or may not be computer
users, therefore operation of the display must be almost automatic.

Any and all help with this project will be very much appreciated.

Ray,

I'm not quite certain I understand your question. Help me out.
