2nd inbox/sent/calendar/etc....can i get rid of it?

I think at one point i tried to set up an offline folder and I now have a 2nd
inbox/calender/deleted items/etc set of folders. I tried to delete them but
it tells me that i cannot delete it. I don't use them, is there anyway to
get rid of them?
