2nd account comes back Undeliverable

I have 2 accounts set up through Outlook; (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed). The 1st account receives mail fine. The 2nd comes back
undeliverable. Both are set up identically, with the exception of the address
of course. When I test the account settings for the 2nd account, everything
gets a green check mark, but i still do not receive the incoming email.

Help!

Is this an Exchange account or a POP account? If the former, has a mailbox
for the second address been created? If the latter, has your ISP created a
mailbox for it? You can't receive mail at an arbitrary address unless the
mail server has a mailbox defined for it.
