24 hour clock does not work with scan schedule

I am using version 1.0.615 of MS AntiSpyware.

Since I am in Europe I always use a 24 hour clock. Every time I set the scan
to start between 12 and 23 the scan schedule is updated to the corresponding
AM value !!

E.g. I chose to scan every day at 13:00. Result 1:00 AM. 14:00 -> 2 AM etc.

It took me a while to dscover why the system was not scanned for weeks. I
had set it to 13:00 and funnily enough have my computer switched of in the
night time (1 AM). This bug is quite old so hopefully there will be a fix out
soon.

I do not want to do a workaround by switching to 12 hour mode.

You only need to switch to 12 hour mode long enough to set the schedule.

You can then switch back to 24 hour mode, and the schedule will be
maintained as set.
