Scan Schedule problem

Every time I try to modify the Daily Schedule Scan time between 13 and 23
o'clock AntiSpyware automatically changes it for 12 hours - instead of 13:00
I get 1:00 (AM), when I click on "Update Schedule" button, instead of 14:00 I
get 2:00 (AM) and so on, but I if choose values between 0 and 11 o'clock
AntiSpyware works fine. AntiSpyware simply doesn't accept values bewteen 13
and 23 o'clock for Schedule Scan time.

I'm running AntiSpyware version 1.0.701 with Spyware Definition Version 5781
(3.12.2005 12:05:44).

Is this a known problem. Does anyone experience the same?

This is a (well)known problem.

Here's the quick fix version:

1) change your Windows regional language setting to English (United States)
2) set the scan to the desired time between 13 and 23 o'clock.
3) change the language setting back to your usual choice.

The scan should remain as you scheduled it.
