How do I insert & save a template into my signature that I downloaded from
another website. It is in a .html format. It has two hyperlinked banners in
it. I use Outlook 2007.

Thanks...Brian

You can put it in your Signatures folder. Make sure you also create Plain
Text and RTF versions of your signature.

Thanks for your help but, I do not know where that signatures folder is. I
did a help search for it and came up with nothing.

I have XP Pro w/ Office 2007 connected to an 2003 Exchange server.

I could not find the "winxp: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\signatures" file. It is just not there.

Any other ideas? Thanks.

Should be. Up till where can you follow the path? You can also type it in
the address bar. Of course you should replace <username> with your own
username.

GOT IT...I just needed to "show hidden files and folders" also I needed to
save my .html signature to a .htm using word. I saved it in the signature
folder and it now works as it should.

Microsoft really should make this easier.
