2 Archive Folders and No Personal Folder

I had to revert my hard drive, I used a backup program for my Outlook 2002 PST files. When I restored it I ended up with 2 Archive folders, with the same information in each, and no personal folder.
I can't delete either archive folder.
I know where the PST folder is, the pst file is archive.pst and if I rename it doesn't work. I have tried removing MS office and reinstalling, renaming the archive PST file, but then outlook hangs when it can't find the archive file.
I just installed Outlook 2003 and it still has 2 Archive folders.....

Create a new .pst file - make it the default. Open one of the archives and
drag and drop your items from the archive to the new .pst file. When
finished, close both archives.

When you state "create a new .pst file" do you mean:
1. Create a new folder in outlook, if I do this it is a subfolder of one of the two archive folders
2. Create it in the folder with the archive pst files (in local settings\appication data\microsoft outlook)
In this folder I have 2 pst files
Archive .pst 193 mb
outlook.pst 231 mb

Also the I can't close or delete either of the two outlook archive folders in outlook.
Thanks.
