Windows XP 1606 Error while installing Windows CE 5.0

Hi guys,
I'm getting a 1606 error while trying to install Windows CE 5.0 directly from the microsoft site.

It says it can't access the network location.Please help me clear this problem as its critical to our project.

Yes,i did it that way

Hi,
Obviously i first downloaded the setup (2.64MB) file and then proceeded from there.But the error always occurs midway during installation.Can't seem to find a way around it.Please help!!
