Is there any good graphic card that can output 1366 x 768 ?
There is a LCD monitor, which native resolution is 1366 x 768, and we
want to us it as display for PC.
Can ATI Radeon X800 do ?

Most of them can but you need a utility to create a custom .inf file.
Use the drivers for either ATI or nVIDIA from www.omegadrivers.net as
he includes custom resolutions.
