128 bit Browser

When I try to get Real Time Quotes a message comes up to
saying that I need a 128 bit browser to access the
files. I am using Windows 2000 Explorer, Vers. 6.0 and
have successfully accessed WebBroker for the last 3
months. WebBroker technical support staff say that
there's a problem with Vers. 6.0 and not their software.
I reinstalled Microsoft 128 encryption software and
Windows 6.0 upgrade but it didn't help. Has anyone else
experienced this problem? Remedy?
