How can I just click a button on a form in Access 2003 and zoom to a
particular polygon in ArcMap8.2? Thanks.

Automation. ESRI provides a very rich object model that you can browse to
find the way to do it. If you polygon has an unique name, you can access
ARCMap interface and use zoom to layer, feature, bookmark, etc.

Thank you - the polygons do have unique ids. But at the moment I have an
Arcmap theme, and an Access database. In Access, I just want to be able to
open the form relating to a particular site, and then click on a command
button to take me to the polygon representing that site, in the ArcMap View
which displays the relevant theme. I have been utterly unsuccessful in
searching the help menus in both Access and ArcMap. Can you help me any
further?
Thank you.
